How can I prevent mildew on my porch?
The porch is a wrap-around Victorian 2 ft.off the ground. I repainted last yeaar with mildew-proof paint after scrubbing with bleach. Now it's turning black again.
The mildew is on the painted walls and ceiling.
Answer:
Use a product called KILTZ. First use a 75% CClorox mixture and 25% hot water and sppray it on with a bug sprayer and a simi soft broom brush. Let it set for about 5 min. then rinse off. When it dries use the KILTZ and you should have no more problems.
