How to prevent wild cats from spraying my porch?

I live in an area with many ferral cats. Cebu does not have a program to pick up stray animals. 1) How can I prevent them from spraying my porch? 2) How can I get the smell out of the area where they've already sprayed? 3) The product must be natural because there are no products on the market here in Cebu to help with this problem.

Answer:
Try vinegar and baking soda to remove the smell.

To prevent animals from coming on the porch, mix a solution of 1 part household ammonia to 3 parts water in a spray bottle and spray all around the area. We used to use this to prevent dogs and cats on our back deck and it worked well.
